REVENUE CYCLE DIRECTOR
Lynn A. Flynn is the Revenue Cycle Director for Pinnacle GI Partners. Lynn joins Pinnacle GI Partners with over 30 years of progressive billing, collections, coding, and health information management experience, most recently serving as the Revenue Cycle Director for Great Expressions Dental Centers with experience in integrating revenue cycle operations for over 250 dental offices across 9 states. Lynn has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams and improving net patient revenue with a focus on the patient experience and provider relations. Lynn received her Master of Science degree in Health Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy, and is certified as a Registered Health Information Technician, RHIT.
Lynn resides in Northville, Michigan, with her college-aged daughter. She enjoys cooking, hiking, bicycling and reading in her spare time.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE CENTER FOR DIGESTIVE HEALTH
Alex Lepola has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from California State University. He worked at Southern California Orthopedic Institute for 18 years, working his way from the appointment desk to the Director of Operations. Alex has a great deal of
experience with clinical workflows, patient experience, managing large teams, and working closely with outside referral sources.
Director of Ancillary Services
Melissa Foreman-Lovell is the Director of Ancillary Services and plays a pivotal role in guiding the growth and bottom-line performance of our continuum of ancillary services (ASC, infusion, lab, anesthesia, Salvo and research.) She leads our marketing function, working closely with her team to support our patient engagement efforts, establish and nurture relationships with referral sources, and to expand our footprint in the metro Detroit and Lansing markets.
Melissa brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Pinnacle in aligning organizational priorities with actionable plans, leveraging data analytics to assess performance, and implementing meaningful improvements in clinical programs. Melissa holds a BSN, MSN, Doctorate in Nursing Practice, an MBA along with certification in Prosci Change Management.
Melissa and her wife of 16 years Angie reside in Berkley with their twin 12-year-olds, a boy and a girl in the sixth grade, as well as their 25-year-old daughter who they are legally adopting. Melissa is a dance mom and hockey mom to her twins, which takes up most of her free time, but she loves it. She enjoys reading and spending time with family when not at work.
